wenglor uniVision 3 – Parameterization Meets Programming
uniVision 3 is a modular software platform for configuring wenglor machine vision products for solving tasks in the field of industrial image processing. The data evaluation can be flexibly designed via a graphical user interface to individually solve a wide range of tasks such as identification using codes and plain text, completeness checks or position detection. uniVision 3 offers both classic image processing algorithms and AI tools.
In addition to simple parameterization, programming is also possible by integrating HALCON scripts from MVTec’s HDevelop software. In addition, AI models can be imported and executed directly – regardless of whether they are trained in the wenglor AI Lab or created elsewhere.

The VisionApp 360 enables the acquisition of closed 360° profiles or linear large profiles by combining two or more 2D/3D profile sensors. Via a visually supported calibration, all individual profiles are merged into a common coordinate system and transferred to uniVision 3 as an overall profile. All evaluation tools are available there, which can be used to precisely measure diameter, circumference, area and more. Intuitive setup and seamless integration into existing production processes make the VisionApp 360 the ideal solution for demanding profile applications.
