The PEHT001 starter set is ideal for getting started with reliable object detection on conveyors. Two light strips, a connection module, an end cap and a sensor are included in the scope of delivery – all the components needed for immediate initial startup. The modular system can be flexibly expanded as required: up to 15 light strips can be connected to each other and thus cover detection widths of 270 to 4,000 mm at up to 135 switching points. Single-beam evaluation via IO-Link enables the position and size of objects to be determined. For use in more demanding environments, an optional ZPTG005 protective cover is available. This increases the degree of protection from IP50 to IP54 and additionally protects the light strips against dust and splashing water.
