Quality Control of Baked Goods with B60 Smart Camera
When producing croissants, rings and woven baked goods, consistently high quality must be guaranteed. A B60 smart camera and flat dome illumination are used for quality control. The captured images are evaluated in the uniVision 3 software using various parameters such as the number of blobs, dimensions and surfaces. This allows the geometries of the dough pieces to be checked and the correct braiding to be detected. Defective products are detected early, ensuring consistent product quality.
