The laser distance sensors triangulation cover a wide range of applications and can be flexibly adapted to different usage areas. The P1PC series thus offers an efficient solution for precise and resource-saving measurement tasks.
When it comes to ease of use and initial startup, the P1PC series lives up to the P3 sensors in every respect: Configuration takes place wirelessly via NFC using the weCon app, while the integrated 7-segment display ensures an intuitive operating experience. It displays the measured distance in real time and allows immediate control of the application. The IO-Link 1.1.4 interface makes extensive sensor data directly available. A measuring rate of up to 2,500 measurements per second ensures the highest precision even in fast and dynamic processes. Functions such as the integrated jump detection and intensity evaluation also open up additional applications.
Stable Object Detection with Maximum Resource Efficiency
The P1PC series stands out for its reliable object detection and high repetition accuracy – even when faced with minimal deviations or varying materials. It delivers stable signal values regardless of object color, brightness or reflection. This enables precise measurements on dark, light or weakly reflective surfaces.
