Detection of Meat Patties with Stainless Steel Reflex Sensors with Background Suppression
When making meat patties for burgers, it is important to ensure that hygienic paper pads are dispensed under the burger patties at the right time. For this purpose, a reflex sensor with background suppression is installed above the conveyor line, which reliably detects the presence of the meat patties during operation. The hygienic sensors in stainless steel 316L housing are corrosion-free and are resistant to high-pressure cleaning thanks to their IP69K protection. The reflex sensors are also FDA-compliant and ECOLAB-certified.
Reflex Sensors With Background Suppression
Reflex sensors with background suppression detect and measure objects contactlessly and detect them in front of any defined background. They work with red light, infrared light, blue light or laser light. Thanks to the principle of angle measurement, the color, shape and object surface have no influence on the switching behavior of the sensors.
