DIN EN 1672-2

DIN EN 1672-2 is a German standard for: “Food processing machinery – Basic concepts – Part 2: Hygiene requirements”. This standard is intended to supplement generally valid, essential health and safety requirements specified in the EC machine directive with detailed stipulations for food processing machines in order to simplify the substantiation of adherence with these basic requirements. The standard is based upon EHEDG guidelines.
