Illumination Methods with Miniature Bar Lights
The right illumination method is crucial for reliable image evaluation. The LBT mini bar light enables various illumination technologies to highlight relevant features of the test object in a targeted manner. Further specific methods are listed in the respective product descriptions.
By using miniature bar lights as incident light, direct illumination causes reflections on the surface of the object being examined.
Positioned as a flat aligned illumination, the bar light highlights edges strongly while hardly any light falls on the surface.
Using bar lights at a flat angle enables a contrast to be created at the edges, which allows slight illumination of the surface.
