Complete Integration in the uniVision 3 Ecosystem
360° profile detection is seamlessly integrated into the uniVision 3 ecosystem and the machine vision controller (MVC). No additional licensing is required.
Sensor Selection on the MVC
The 2D/3D profile sensors can be selected and assigned to the VisionApp 360 via the MVC device website.
Intuitive Calibration with VisionApp 360
The sensors are calibrated via the VisionApp 360 on the MVC with visual support. Any calibration part can be used, for example an individually configurable square profile with a defined edge length.
Uniform Coordinate System
All individual profiles are merged into one overall profile in a common coordinate system.
Direct Further Processing in uniVision 3
The combined 360° profile can be transferred to uniVision 3 for further evaluation.
Evaluation in the uniVision 3 Image Processing Software
All known tools from the uniVision 3 profile evaluation can also be used for overall profiles:
- Calculation of the diameter, circumference or area of the object
- Easy parameterization thanks to comprehensive and user-friendly toolbox
- Templates and sample projects make setup easier
