Tettnang/Essen – Based in Tettnang, Germany, the family business wenglor sensoric has won the Red Dot Award in the Product Design category for its inductive ring sensors. This prestigious award is from one of the largest design competitions in the world and widely regarded as an important seal of approval. With its inductive ring sensors, wenglor sensoric group has set new standards for reliable and precise detection of small metal parts within feed hoses. These sensors combine innovative design with sensory precision. Its seperable housing with two-part coil enables quick and flexible mounting/dismounting of the sensor on feed hoses and thus solves a common problem in industry by making the mounting process far simpler. This also helps to minimize machine downtime when replacing hoses or making necessary repairs.
