weHub

weHub is a browser-based application for automatic detection and configuration of wenglor machine vision hardware in the local network. The weHub software also serves as a secure interface for image data and AI models and seamlessly connects the production environment and AI Lab.

Device Discovery with weHub

As an entry point into the wenglor machine vision ecosystem, weHub software enables automatic detection of wenglor machine vision hardware in the local network and configuration of network settings. weHub replaces the wenglor Discovery Tool and covers all previous functions such as device search and network configuration for wenglor machine vision devices.

weHub as a Central Component of the AI Loop

The weHub software connects the AI Lab with the uniVision 3 machine vision software for uploading images to the cloud and transferring AI models from the AI Lab to uniVision.

The Advantages of weHub at a Glance

Quick and Easy Adjustment of the Network Configuration of Machine Vision Hardware

weHub enables flexible adaptation of the naming and network configuration of the machine vision hardware. The current network settings of the PC are displayed without the need to call up the PC settings.

Quickly Accessible Device Websites

weHub acts as a central entry point to the machine vision hardware device website where all other device settings are made. Manual entry of the IP address in the browser is no longer necessary.

Detailed Condition Monitoring in the Software

Via the status LED, the hardware gives immediate feedback on warnings, in the form of yellow lighting, and on errors, in the form of red lighting. weHub provides detailed information on the cause of the error, such as an unwanted position change.

Easy Assignment with Multiple Machine Vision Devices in the Same Network

If the Localize function is activated for a device in the software, the blue status LED on the machine vision hardware flashes and the device is easy to find and distinguish from other devices.

Easy Assignment with Multiple Machine Vision Devices in the Same Network

If the button on the machine vision hardware is pressed, the device image flashes in the software so that the assignment is clear when there are several devices in the network.

Connection to AI Lab

weHub automatically transfers image data from the production environment to the AI Lab without manual copying and transfers the AI models trained there back to the uniVision ecosystem.

Easy Connection to the Machine Vision Hardware

weHub connects directly to the wenglor machine vision hardware, receives its image data, forwards it to the AI Lab and, in return, outputs the AI models trained in the AI Lab on the device.
