Thanks to the patented weproTec technology, the inductive sensors of the Basic series can be operated directly next to each other without affecting each other. This enables trouble-free operation of the sensors in the tightest of spaces.
Long Range Due to Large Switching Distance h3>
The Basic series achieves up to three times longer switching distances. The integrated error indicator simplifies troubleshooting considerably. Due to the longer range, the sensors can also be used flexibly in a wide range of applications.
Installation Types of the Basic Series
Flush Installation for Tight Installation Situations h3>
Flush sensors have a metal ring around the sensor head that protects the sensor from influences from the surrounding material. This shielding reduces the electromagnetic field and reduces the switching distance. Flush-mount inductive sensors can be mounted in electrically conductive materials without protrusion. The sensors are also protected against damage from passing objects.
Maximum Switching Distances Due to Non-Flush Installation h3>
The active surface of non-flush-mount inductive sensors of the Basic series is exposed and not enclosed by a metal ring. The sensor protrudes slightly beyond the surface, which can build up a larger magnetic field and at the same time achieve a larger switching distance.

The Basic series is suitable for a wide range of standard applications in industrial environments, such as detecting metal objects, presence control of goods carriers or positioning of objects in close proximity. For these applications, the Basic series offers a reliable and economical solution.
