PoE Class

PoE class is specified in IEEE802.3af. There are five classes which stipulate maximum current consumption of the PoE product.

Class: 0 Power available at powered product: 0.44 to 12.96 W Class: 1 Power available at powered product: 0.44 to 3.84 W Class: 2 Power available at powered product: 3.84 to 6.49 W Class: 3 Power available at powered product: 6.49 to 12.95 W Class: 4 Power available at powered product: reserved
