Aperture Angle

Photoelectronic Sensors: The aperture angle is the angle at which light is emitted from the sensor’s emitter, or the angle which is scanned by the receiver. Ultrasonic Sensors: The aperture angle lays within the main cudgel, which, together with several secondary cudgels, forms the sonic cone of the soundwaves eminated from the sensing face. The denoted value is the round angle around the reference axis, in which the sound level is reduced by about 3 dB.
