After the labels have been affixed to liquid containers, the presence and position of the stickers must be checked for each object. A smart camera with integrated image processing software mounted on the side of the conveyor belt records the edges of the containers and labels during the process. The camera can be installed and aligned easily and intuitively thanks to the integrated visual field marking. The pattern matching software module also checks the label contour, thus checking each label for correctness.
