Mounting System Technologies

Base holders are mounted on aluminum system profiles and are used for secure and stable holding of mounting profiles and bars, which are pushed into the base holder from above or from the side and clamped. wenglor’s portfolio includes base holders for mounting bars with Ø 12 mm as well as base holders in which mounting profiles 10 × 10 mm and mounting bars with Ø 12 mm can be inserted.

Bar clamps and tensioning bolts are mounted on mounting bars. They are available for round profile diameters Ø 12 mm, made of stainless steel V2A and in various lengths.

Sensors and machine vision products are mounted on a mounting plate for specific formats. The plate is screwed to the mounting bar either with a clamping bolt and a sleeve or with a clamp.

Mounting profiles are ideal for mounting the miniature design and other items thanks to the T-slot on all four sides. wenglor’s portfolio includes 10 × 10 mm mounting profiles and Ø 12 mm mounting bars made of aluminum, which can be cut individually to smaller lengths.

Mounting using the M3 adapter plate with slot nuts and screws enables wenglor products to be aligned flexibly.

Reflectors are mounted directly on the mounting profile using an adapter. Reflector foils are stuck to the adapter and the web of the adapters is fixed in the T-slot with self-tapping screws.

2D/3D profile sensors, 3D sensors, smart cameras and other products can be mounted using an adapter plate for 360° alignment with slot nuts with M3 fillister head screws.

Mounting elements for connecting sensors, smart cameras, illumination, safety technology and other products with the aluminum profile are fastened with slot nuts.

Adapter plates allow the system to be mounted on a universal holder on which various wenglor products can be attached.

This mounting adapterenables the correct mounting of an imaging sensor (scanner or smart camera) on an illumination.

Hygienic sensors and mounting pipes are attached using a mounting console, which is guided through the system wall and fastened there without gaps.

Mounting tubes are available angled or straight as well as with IP69K cable gland. The bayonet fastening set is also available separately for individual installation.

Sensors and reflectors come in a hygienic design with no corners or edges. Thanks to the sealing ring and bayonet fastening, they can be connected to the mounting tube without gaps and leak-tight.
