LMHV

LMHV is the abbreviation of the German food hygiene ordinance called “Lebensmittelhygiene-Verordnung”. It is a German federal ordinance specifying hygiene requirements for the production, handling and marketing of food. The LMHV adopts EU directives into German law and must be adhered to by food producers in Germany.
