The VisionApp 360 CrossSection license upgrade determines the cross-sectional area of any profile. Tolerances can be specified for each measured value and are then checked. The measured values and the information as to whether or not the values lie within the specified tolerances can be retrieved via the TCP/IP, PROFINET or PROFIBUS interfaces.
