La série weCat3D MLS2 se distingue par des largeurs de champs de vision importantes pouvant atteindre 1 350 mm en X, un laser plus performant permettant une reconnaissance du profil rapide et fiable ainsi que par une coupure externe supplémentaire du laser en 24 V pour les classes 3R et 3B. Les dix modèles avec deux plages de mesure ainsi que toute la série MLSL utilisent des caractéristiques innovantes telles que la technologie CMOS, un processeur, une fréquence de mesure élevée (4 000 Hz), l'écran intuitif, une précision de mesure élevée, des interfaces les plus modernes comme l’Ethernet Gigabit et bien d'autres avantages encore.

Concept de commande multilingue avec OLED pour affichage de l’adresse IP et possibilités de paramétrage, aussi via un serveur web intégré. Optiques hautes performances pour largeurs du champ de vision en X de 280 mm à 1350 mm. Caméra CMOS à résolution très élevée sur la largeur du champ de vision en X avec plus de 1200 points de mesure comme profil de hauteur linéarisé. Traitement du signal en temps réel grâce à la technologie FPGA intégrée. Système électronique intégré sans appareil de commande supplémentaire, avec algorithmes d’analyse de profil insensibles aux perturbations. Grâce à son interface ouverte, la série weCat3D peut être intégrée via DLL ou GigE-Vision sans contrôleur supplémentaire.. Modules à ligne laser en lumière rouge ou bleue spécialement développés, aussi pour applications sur du métal ou des matériaux organiques ou semi-transparents. Des vitres de protection adaptables et des modules de refroidissement en option offrent des possibilités d’utilisation variées, même dans des environnements extrêmes. Boîtier compact (200 x 67 x 38 mm) et léger (550 g), aussi pour applications sur robot, en réalisation IP67 robuste. Délivre 3,6 millions de points de mesure maximum par seconde sur un connecteur M12x1 avec Ethernet TCP/IP 1000 Mbit/s. Connecteur standard M12x1 avec 4 entrées/sorties et possibilité de connexion d’un codeur HTL ou RS422/TTL. Grâce au dispositif de coupure externe du laser en 24 V, celui-ci, par le biais du troisième connecteur M12x1, (pour la classe laser 3R et 3B) peut être activé ou désactivé. Un signal supplémentaire indique si l'activation du laser a bien été reçue.
