uniVision for Control Units with 2D/3D Profile Sensors

uniVision software permits simple and intuitive implementation of high-performance applications with 2D/3D profile sensors. Profile recording is carried out by the sensor and profile evaluation in the control unit. Profile analyses can thus be carried out individually and without any programming knowledge.

Combine and Analyze Height Profiles:
The VisionApp 360 Plugin

With the VisionApp 360 that runs on the control unit, height profiles of up to 16 2D/3D profile sensors can be combined and analyzed. The sensors are calibrated to each other via a calibration object and can therefore be carried out quickly and easily without programming knowledge. The combined height profile can then be evaluated as desired with the uniVision Profile software. The exact calculation of cross-sectional areas from 360° height profiles can thus be carried out in just a few steps.
