Detection of Print Marks on Sachet Packaging

Loose products, granules, powders, pastes or difficult-to-process products are packaged in vertical packaging machines into small, uniform sachets, also known as sealed-rim pouches. To ensure consistent product quality and package size in series production machines, small contrast marks are applied to the film material. The P1MW contrast sensors reliably detect these marks and thus precisely control the sealing process.
