Your Training
The wenglor training program covers technical, commercial and communication professions. During your training, you will receive an individual training plan and spend time in all the departments relevant to your profession; this way you will get to know all aspects of your training profession and gain exciting experiences. A competent training supervisor will be at your side in every specialist department who accompanies you and directly integrates you into new or existing projects. You will become part of a great community of trainees where everyone learns from each other and grows together.

Your Dual Study Program
The dual study program takes place in cooperation with the Ravensburg Cooperative State University (DHBW). During your studies, you switch regularly between the company and university, in a three- or six-month cycle depending on the study program. This means that you can apply the knowledge learned in the theoretical phases directly in exciting practical projects and gain professional experience at the same time. You will receive an individual training plan and become part of a great community of trainees where everyone learns from each other and grows together.
During the theoretical phases, you also have the opportunity to complete a semester abroad at one of DHBW’s partner universities, where you can choose between 32 countries and over 70 universities.

Your studies begin with a paid pre-study internship on September 1 of the calendar year, where you get to know wenglor and its community of trainees and gain an initial insight into your area of responsibility. From October onwards, you will start directly with the first theoretical or practical phase.
