Increased Switching Distances, IO-Link and ASIC Technology Perfect the Product Range

With its new generation of inductive sensors, wenglor sensoric GmbH is presenting an innovative technology which will revolutionize the entire product segment. The high-performance, but thus far cable-connected FIS-H21 and FIS-HS41X Handheld Scanners are being supplemented with wireless models CSLH001 and CSLH002 including Bluetooth version 2.0. The Scanners read printed, needle punched, laser printed and embossed 1D and 2D codes in nearly any industrial setting – extremely accurately and at very high speeds.

Reliable measurement of extremely small components in the micron range often pushes optical sensors beyond their limits. With the introduction of its new PNBC range, wenglor sensoric GmbH presented a total of eight new High-Performance Distance Sensors at the beginning of March 2015, which are setting new standards where accuracy is concerned with their revolutionary maximum resolution of 0.06 µm with only 0.05% linearity error. This impressive precision is additionally supported by excellent reproducibility and thermal stability – even at output rates of up to 30 kHz.
