Zone Protection in Stretch Film Systems with Safety Light Arrays
During fully automated packaging of cardboard boxes on Euro pallets in stretch film systems, it is necessary to transport the goods safely into and out of the danger zone, thus avoiding downtimes. Safety light arrays with muting are installed on the conveyor belt for this purpose. With muting activation, the safety light curtain is safely bridged for a short time, so that the pallets can be safely moved in and out for the wrapping process. Further muting functions enable demand-oriented safeguarding of the danger zone, even during muting phases.
Safety Light Arrays for Body Protection
TÜV-certified light curtains provide body protection and prevent people from unintentionally accessing hazardous areas. Depending on the desired risk minimization, various functional scopes can be selected that fulfill all ESPE type 4 in accordance with EN 61496. All models correspond to performance level e according to DIN EN ISO 13849-1.
