Vacuum Level Control via Fill-Level Sensors for Fragrance and Flavor Production

When manufacturing fragrances and flavors for the perfume industry, it is necessary to accurately record the presence and minimum and maximum levels of flavor precursors in pressure vessels. For automated monitoring, sensors are installed in metric stainless steel housings to monitor the fill level. Two independent measuring points, each located below and above the vacuum-sealed vessel, determine the level. The sensors detect the medium regardless of its viscosity, density or color. The visible LED indicates the defined levels.

Fill-Level Sensors

Fill-level sensors are integrated into processes that monitor liquids and solid media such as granules or powders. Two switching outputs provide independent signal values that are output when different media and states are detected.
