Presence Check of Labels on Car Windows via B60 Smart Camera

After the labels have been affixed to the left-hand and right-hand car windows, the presence, position and quality of the stickers must be checked for each object. Two B60 smart cameras with integrated image processing software are mounted above the conveyor belt for this purpose. If the sensor detects a pane, it is stopped by a gripper unit. The smart camera checks the presence and quality of the applied label. The position of the applied label can vary slightly. If the smart camera identifies a defect, a signal is output to trigger the ejection process.
