Safety Light Array Type 4 Body Protection
The Safety Light Arrays provide Body Protection and keep persons from unintended entering into dangerous areas. Thanks to the visible red light and the simple configuration via the DIP switches and the free wenglor software, a quick, easy and secure startup is possible. The evaluation electronics are integrated in the transmitter, so the Safety Light Array can be mounted in a space-saving way. Combined with the relay unit, safety oriented load circles are switchable.

Certified Safety
Depending on the desired risk reduction you have the choice between ESPE type 2 or 4 according to EN 61496. The Safety Light Arrays have been certified by the TÜV and comply with PL d respectively PL e (EN ISO 13849-1).
Operating and Function modes
The Safety Light Arrays generally integrate various operating modes (Reduced Resolution, Fix Blanking) and function modes (Safety Operating Mode, Restart Inhibit, Contractor Monitoring). Thanks to the unique Reduced Resolution the interference resistance can be augmented. Therefore, applications in dirty surroundings can be solved securely.
Interface
Safety Light Array functions can be activated, and diagnosis functions can be initialised via the RS-485 interface. The DIP switches can be blocked optionally and thus guarantee high protection against manipulation.
Simple Installation
The Safety Light Arrays can be mounted easily thanks to the T-nut and the necessary Mounting Brackets which are included in delivery. The mounting doesn’t influence the function and thus can be made independent of the position.
