Apprenticeship at wenglor is top priority. Each year we search motivated persons, who want to join with an apprenticeship or a DH-study at wenglor. As wenglor trainee you contribute a great part to our success.

During your apprenticeship you do not only pass through nearly all sections of the company but also you will be active at exhibitions. Each year the wenglor trainees in Tettnang organise independently the project “trainees train trainees”. Thereby they train employees of wenglor customers by themselves. Furthermore we need your engagement for planning the annual wenglor carnival parties or trainee excursions. Our trainees comit theirselves alltogether for the unique concept "Trainees train Trainees".  At the wenglor trainee-regulars’ table you find out news and get to know the colleagues better. As trainee you are particularly on the ball as “company’s-insider”  and after your apprenticeship you have the best chances to get a permanent job.
