VisionSystem+
The wenglor VisionSystem+ is a flexible Vision System for complex applications. The complete system consists of the computer "IntelligencePro" and camera, lenses and illuminations are variable. This wenglor Vision System is especially suited for production control, also over large working areas. If the camera is mounted above a conveying belt, products or packages can be identified, checked and sorted out permanently.

Applications
The VisionSystem+ offers various functions which can also be linked between each other. Objects are detected independently of their position or their turning angle. Also the working range is individually defineable and disturbing areas can be masked. This is why the wenglor Vision System works with every background. To assure the quality, the system gives out result pictures and text, which could be taken for diagnosis.
Components of the wenglor VisionSystem+
The Evaluation Unit suited for industrial use is delivered with user-friendly software. A linux based operating system is integrated. The IntelligencePro is separated galvanically from power supply and the inputs and outputs. So a secure operation is assured in every industrial surrounding.
CMOS camera
The small, compact CMOS camera can be combined with different lenses (C-Mount thread).
Configuration
For the configuration of the system just a keyboard, a mouse and a screen have to be connected. For quality assurance, results and project data (pictures and text) can be saved. These can be exported to a USB stick or a network for archivation.
