Beginning with simple Presence Check and Shape Analysis up to Pixel and Reference Image Comparison wenglor is the right image processing partner for you. Camera, optics, illumination and analysis modules are all integrated into the compact housing, and external lamps can be optionally connected as well. The Vision Sensors autofocus function is a great advantage which always assures a sharp image – automatically.

Application
This Vision Sensor offers various functions which can also be linked between each other. Objects are detected independently of their position or their turning angle. Also the working range is individually defineable and disturbing areas can be masked. This is why the wenglor Vision System works with every background. To assure the quality, the system gives out result pictures, which could be taken for diagnosis. Outputs The Vision Sensor BS40 is equipped with 4 outputs which can be set to respond to various events. Up to 3 objects can be linked to each other.
Interface
The USB port allows for easy wiring, plugging in and unplugging with the PC switched on and high speed data transmission.
Setup
The Vision Sensor can be configured with the help of user friendly software from a PC or a laptop. The selection of up to 10 stored projects can additionally be made via the digital input or a touch screen.
